1. Information we collect

To power your learning experience, Zuno collects:

• Account details — name, email address and phone number.
• Academic profile — your board, class and subjects.
• Learning metrics — quiz scores, lecture watch time and progress data.
• Device analytics — collected via Firebase to keep the app fast and reliable.

2. How we use your data

Your information is used strictly for educational purposes: personalising learning paths, generating AI report cards, powering the AI tutoring system, and improving our algorithms.

We do not use your data for advertising targeting or profiling.

3. Data sharing

Zuno works with trusted infrastructure partners — Firebase, OpenAI, AWS and Anthropic — solely to deliver the service.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing.

4. Children's privacy (COPPA)

Users under 13 require parental consent. We collect only the minimum information necessary and never share children's data with advertisers.

5. Security

All data travels over HTTPS with TLS 1.2+ encryption and is stored on AWS in the Mumbai region, in compliance with Indian data-localisation requirements.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and opt out of notifications. We honour requests within 30 days.
