These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Zuno Android application, operated by Zuno Edu Intelligence. By using the app you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Zuno you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the application immediately.
Eligibility
To use Zuno you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be 5 years of age or older
- Users under 13 require verifiable parental or guardian consent
- Schools accessing institutional features must hold a valid Zuno subscription
- Only one account per person is permitted
User Accounts
When you create a Zuno account you are responsible for maintaining its security and accuracy:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Keep your login credentials secure and do not disclose them to others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach at customersupport@zuno-edu-intelligence.com
- Do not share, transfer, or sell your account to any other person
Intellectual Property
All content within the Zuno application is the exclusive property of Zuno Edu Intelligence unless otherwise stated:
- All quiz questions, answer explanations, and assessment content
- Doodle video lectures, scripts, narration, and animations
- Psych games, game logic, scoring systems, and artwork
- AI Tutor models, prompts, and response frameworks
- Branding, logos, design systems, and user interface elements
- Personal data and learning history you generate through your use of the app
- Any content you submit via the AI Tutor or study rooms
Subscriptions & Payments
Zuno offers both free and paid access tiers to suit individual students and institutions:
- Available to all registered students at no cost
- Includes access to core quizzes, daily challenges, and limited AI Tutor sessions
- Activated via a signed subscription agreement with Zuno Edu Intelligence
- Payments processed securely through authorised payment processors
- Pricing, renewal terms, and seat counts governed by the signed contract
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Zuno platform:
- Cheating, manipulating, or artificially inflating quiz scores or leaderboard positions
- Sharing account credentials or allowing others to access your account
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content
- Posting, uploading, or transmitting harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application
- Impersonating Zuno staff, other users, or any third party
Termination
Either party may end the use of the Zuno service under the following circumstances:
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service
- Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be archived or removed
- School accounts are governed by the terms of the signed institutional agreement
- Users may delete their account at any time from within the app settings
- All personal data will be permanently deleted within 14 days of a verified deletion request
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained for internal research
Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, exam results, or grade improvements
- The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind
- Zuno Edu Intelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app
- Content accuracy is reviewed regularly but we do not warrant that all material is error-free at all times
- Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control
