Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and report any unauthorised access to customersupport@zuno-edu-intelligence.com. Account sharing is prohibited, and you are responsible for all activity on your account.
Zuno owns its quiz content, videos, games, AI models and branding. You own your personal learning data and any content you submit.
Copying, redistributing, scraping or reverse-engineering Zuno content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Zuno operates on subscription plans; current pricing is shown in the app. Institutional plans require signed agreements. Refunds are available within 7 days of payment.
The following result in suspension or termination: cheating in competitions, sharing credentials, using automation tools, posting harmful content, reverse-engineering the platform, or impersonating others.
Zuno may suspend accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for 24+ months. You may delete your account at any time — personal data is removed within 14 days.
Zuno is an educational support tool — not a substitute for qualified teachers.
We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes; the service is provided as-is.
